3Payment & Billing

Setup fees and subscription costs are clearly communicated. Recurring billing occurs monthly unless canceled in advance.

4Cancellations & Refunds

All fees are non-refundable once services begin. You may cancel future service with written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

5Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business and payment information, and to cooperate with our team to ensure service success.

6Intellectual Property

All content, automation, and designs developed by Apex Media LLC remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for third-party platform performance. You acknowledge that advertising results are not guaranteed.

8Modifications

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
